Shipping policy
At Pure Mantra, we prioritize timely delivery and secure packaging to ensure your products arrive safely. All prepaid online orders are processed and dispatched on the next working day. For non-customized items, delivery typically occurs within 5–6 working days from dispatch. Customized products may require 5–9 working days from dispatch. Shipments are processed throughout the week during standard business hours, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
We partner with established courier services such as FedEx, Blue Dart, and Delhivery to maintain reliable transit standards. If courier coverage is unavailable in your location, we may utilize India Post (Government Registered) where feasible; however, delivery timelines in such cases cannot be guaranteed.
Shipping charges for multiple-unit orders are determined by shipment weight and destination. Prepaid orders within India are eligible for free shipping. All product prices are inclusive of applicable GST, and Pure Mantra is fully compliant with Government of India tax regulations. Express delivery is available for prepaid orders in major cities and is generally completed within 4–5 working days. Standard deliveries are completed within 5–6 working days from dispatch. In remote or restricted-service areas, customers may be required to collect their parcel from the nearest courier facility.
If a shipment is received in damaged or tampered condition, please decline acceptance and immediately inform us at puremantraliving@gmail.com with your Order ID. Upon verification, we will arrange reverse pickup and dispatch a replacement at no additional cost. Returned products must include original tags, packaging, and all supplied components.
Order cancellation requests must be submitted within 30 minutes of purchase via email, including your name and Order ID. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation is not possible. While most confirmed orders cannot be cancelled, customers may still contact us for assistance in exploring available options.
Refunds are issued only when a replacement cannot be provided. Upon receiving the returned item, our quality control team will inspect the product along with its original packaging and accessories. Once approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method or an alternative method agreed upon mutually. The credit timeline depends on the respective payment provider’s processing cycle.
All purchases are considered final and non-returnable unless a verified manufacturing defect or transit damage is established. Variations in color tone, texture, sound quality, or minor transit wear that do not affect product functionality are not eligible for refund or replacement. For defect claims, customers must submit clear photographic and video evidence of the issue, including packaging labels. Replacements will be issued without additional charges only after verification and internal assessment. The product must remain unused, in its original condition, and returned with complete packaging and accessories. If inspection reveals no defect, applicable forward and reverse courier charges will be borne by the customer.
