Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within one hour of placement. After this period, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated, as processing begins immediately to ensure timely dispatch.
No cancellation fee is applied when the customer cancels within the permitted one-hour window.
If Pure Mantra cancels an order due to circumstances such as stock unavailability or logistical limitations, the full payment will be refunded without any deductions. Our approach aligns with applicable e-commerce regulations to ensure fairness and transparency.
Refund and Replacement
We provide a 1-day replacement window strictly for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered. To qualify, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order. Supporting evidence, including clear images and a complete unboxing video, is mandatory for verification.
Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as size preference, minor aesthetic variation, or personal dissatisfaction. Customers are advised to carefully review product descriptions and specifications before purchase.
Items that are used, altered, washed, damaged after delivery, or returned without original packaging will not be eligible for replacement.
Size Exchange Procedure
If a size exchange is applicable:

Complaint Handling
All grievances submitted via email or phone will be acknowledged within 48 hours. We strive to resolve all concerns within 30 days from the date of receipt.
In exceptional situations beyond our control, Pure Mantra retains the right to cancel shipments and initiate refunds where appropriate.
